The Idea All in One SEO Pack Plugin Settings 2018
All in One SEO Pack is a great WordPress SEO plugin with 2+ million Active installations. It improves your WordPress SEO and search visibility.

First, install and activate All In One SEO Plugin on your site.

After activating the plugin, click on All in one SEO >> General settings. Here you will see lots of settings that can frighten you. But don't worry, you can easily configure them by following this All in One SEO Pack Plugin tutorial.
Here you need to first set up the canonical URL. Canonical URLs eliminate duplicate content issue on your site and avoids Google penalties.
In this section, you need to add title and meta description for your site's homepage. Write your blog's meta description with 160 characters. Also, use keywords in your meta description to get the better result.
Remove %blog_title% from your post title format. As you can see in the screenshot.
You do not need to do anything in the display settings. You can skip it and move on.
Webmaster verification allows to verify your site in Google Webmaster tool, Bing webmaster tool, and Pinterest.
Under Google Settings section, enter your Google Plus profile URL for Google authorship. After adding, go to Google+ profile about page and add your site to contributors section. You can also add Google Analytics ID for tracking your blog.
This is one of the most important settings for your blog. If you make a little mistake here, it badly affects your website's search visibility.
Here you need set Noindex for your archive pages because these pages create duplicate content issues in search engines. Also, Google does not consider it as a quality page. These work as user-navigation on your site, but they don’t add any value to search engines.
Under Advanced settings, uncheck Auto generate descriptions option and write more attractive meta description yourself.
Many SEO experts believe that the Meta keyword tag is useless and some believe that they still work perfectly.
However, this option is disabled by default. If you want to use keywords, you can enable it here.

1. General Settings

2. Home Page Settings

3. Title Settings

How to optimize Post's Titles and Description Using All in One SEO pack
