You can insert table into posts, pages, or text widgets using simple Shortcode.
After activating the plugin, it will add a new menu item in your WordPress dashboard with TablePress label. As you can see in the screenshot below.
Simply click on TablePress >> Add New Table.
In this page, enter your table name, description and select the number of rows and columns. Then click on the Add Table button. You can also edit your WordPress table later.
Now open an existing post/page or create a new post/page where you want to insert table. In WordPress visual editor, you will see the Tablepress icon. Just click on it, the tables you create will appear in the pop-up.
Click on "Insert Shortcode" to add a table in your WordPress post or page.
