After activating the plugin, click on Setting >> Fast Velocity Minify. This will redirect you to the plugin's setup page. As you can see in the lower screenshot,

    Are you kidding? this way you're not processing CSS nor js, what's the point of using the plugin? just minify the HTML of the page???
